You must send email to [email protected] for RMA number & instructions within 3 days after the order is delivered. No refunds or exchanges without notice. Please note: Any returning box without RMA number will not be accepted. Please allow us 24 hours to reply to your request (weekends and holidays are excluded). You only need to send the email once and any delay on our side will not be counted against you.

Sorry there is absolutely no return/exchange after the event date.

Please note that custom size/design dresses are not returnable or exchangeable. Items bought in our local store are final sale and they are not returnable or exchangeable.

All the wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses are subject to 20% restocking fee.

***All buyers are responsible for all shipping, returns and exchange shipping fees unless the merchandise has been mistakenly shipped.

-Exchange your item:

If you would like to exchange an item, please obtain an RMA Number for the original item you ordered and return it following the instructions below. The same terms and conditions apply as noted in the Return Policy below.

-Return your item:

We accept returns if you contact us within 3 days after the order is delivered. The item must be in new condition, perfume free and returned with all packaging and accessories. It must have the tags intact and attached. We MUST receive email for your return. Then we will assign RMA number to you and you need to follow our shipping instructions. We do not refund the cost of shipping. Please note that we do NOT respond to the RMA request through the phone calls. To avoid any delay, please send email to [email protected] for your return. Please note that we use the tracking number of your order to determine the delivery date. We are not responsible for any delay that happened on the customer's side.

Please allow us 5 to 7 business days to process your return/exchange after we receive the return back. If you need the exchange urgently, we recommend to place a new order for the exchange and return the previous order for the refund.

-Order multiple items to try on:

If you order more than one wrap/bolero or veil, as long as you keep one item you will be given a full refund on one item, and be charged a 20% restocking fee on the other items that are returned. If you return the whole order, you will be charged 20% restocking fee for all the items.
For example, 
1) if you order 2 items and return both of them, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee on both of the items. If you keep 1 item and return 1 item, there is no restocking fee.
2) if you order three items and return two items, you will get a full refund on one return item and be charged a 20% restocking fee on the other (higher price one). If you return all of them, you will be charged 20% restocking fee for three items. If you return 1 item and keep 2, there is no restocking fee.
Please note that this policy is per customer, not per order.

-Wrong item:

We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves us. All merchandise that we sell is brand new. If you receive the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of receiving your item. We will refund your shipping fee to cover the cost of shipping back and re-shipping from us.
