Returns and Exchanges
We hope you are completely satisfied with your Tulip Bridal purchase, but if you would like to return item, please follow the steps below:
-Return your item:
- The item must be postmarked for return within 14 days of its arrival to you. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Then we will send the RMA number and return instruction to you.
- The item must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged), perfume free and returned with all packaging and accessories. It must have the tags intact and attached. We cannot process the return of any items that do not adhere to this return policy.
- Shipping fee and any rush fee (if applicable) will not be refunded. If free shipping was provided to you for the original order or (the return), the original shipping cost (or the return shipping fee) will be deducted from the refund to cover our cost.
- Please allow us 2 to 3 weeks to process your return after we receive the return back during this COVID-19 time (in normal time, the processing time is 5 to 7 business days).
- Sorry there is absolutely no return/exchange after the event date.
- All buyers are responsible for all shipping, returns and exchange shipping fees unless the merchandise has been mistakenly shipped. We can not be held responsible for the loss or damage occurred in the transit after the order is shipped. Please contact us if you are interested to purchase the insurance for your package. And please make sure that your shipping address is a secure location.
-Exchange your item:
If you would like to exchange an item, please obtain RMA Number for the original item you ordered and return it following the instructions above. The same terms and conditions apply as noted in the Return Policy above.
-Items bought in our local store:
Items bought in our local store are final sale and they are not returnable or exchangeable.
We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves us. If you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will cover the cost of shipping back and re-shipping from us.
-Standard size/design Wedding Dresses:
30% restocking fee will be charged for any wedding dress return or exchange.
-Custom size/design Wedding Dresses:
Custom size/design dresses are not returnable or exchangeable.
-Ready to Ship Wedding Dresses:
All of our ready to ship wedding dresses are final sale and not returnable or exchangeable.
- Dress order cancellation:
Dress order can be cancelled within 24 hours after the order is placed. After that, you will have to wait for the item to arrive and follow our return instruction to make the return. Please note custom size/design dresses are not returnable.
Wedding Cover Ups and Other Accessories:
-Order multiple items to try on:
Returns of 2 or more items in a single order (or multiple orders from same customer) will be subject to 20% restocking fee. This fee will be automatically deducted from your refund. For orders with 3 or more items in the same category to try on, we are very sorry that we can not fulfill this kind of order since we are hand made shop and we can not afford too many try-ons at a time. We will cancel such order right away. Thank you very much for your understanding.
