All wedding dress toppers, faux fur wraps, veils and other accessories are ready to ship unless stated otherwise. All regular orders will be processed within 2 to 6 business days (This does not include holidays or weekends) with the exception of special requests. Larger orders will take slightly longer time to process. Please note that the shipping time doesn't include the order processing time. If you need same day order processing which is only available to rush orders, please text us at 425-6868139 or send email to sales@tulipbridal.com.
All the wedding dresses are made to order. It normally takes us 6 to 8 weeks to make them and the shipping time is separate from the production time. Please contact us if you need it urgently.
If you need to cancel the order before it is shipped, please send us written request to sales@tulipbridal.com. |

Regular orders: USPS first class mail (3 to 4 business days) or USPS priority mail (2-3 business days). |
Rush orders: USPS express mail (1-2 business days). |
-International Shipping: |
Regular orders: USPS first class mail international (normally 7 to 21 days, sometimes it takes longer than that) or USPS priority mail international (normally 6-10 business days, sometimes it takes longer than that). Rush orders: USPS express mail international (3 to 5 business days). |
***For International shipments, the buyer is responsible for all customs/duty charges and brokerage fees if there is any. Please note that we do not have any control over Customs fees/Duties or brokerage fees, you must contact your local Customs Office for charges. Packages can be held at your local Customs Offices for days or weeks before the notice is sent out to you. We don't have any control over this. Please check with your local Customs Offices if you don't receive your package in normal delivery time to avoid any delay. If you choose the UPS international shipping methods, your local UPS office might charge you brokerage fee besides the customs/duty charges. |
