Regular orders: USPS priority mail (3-5 business days)
Rush orders: UPS 2nd air / OVERNIGHT shipping (1-2 business days).
-International Shipping:
Regular orders: USPS first class mail international (7-10 business days)
RETURN POLICY
YOU MUST EMAIL US FOR RMA NUMBER & INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU RETURN YOUR ITEM. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT NOTICE. ANY RETURNING BOX WITHOUT RMA NUMBER WILL BE REJECTED.
-Exchange your item:
You can exchange for a different size/color if you email us within 3 days of receiving the item. We do not cover return shipping and the cost of re-shipping your item, and please mail the item back within 10 days of receiving the item. We MUST receive an email for your exchange and you need to follow our shipping instructions.
-Return your item:
We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your item. The item must be in new condition, perfume free and returned with all packaging within 10 days. We MUST receive an email for your return. Then we will assign RMA number to you and you need to follow our shipping instructions. We do not refund the cost of shipping. We do not refund any discounted special orders (We may offer a special price for large orders, We can only exchange for different sizes with these orders.)
-Wrong item:
We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves us. All merchandise that we sell is brand new. If you receive the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of receiving your item. We will refund your shipping fee to cover the cost of shipping back and re-shipping from us.
