| I do not have a paypal account, can I use my credit card online? |
| Yes, you are only using the service PayPal provides to process your credit card, you do not have to sign up with PayPal. We actually do not recommend signing up for PayPal if you have not already done so. You are still covered with their insurance, and it will take 1-2 days to verify your information. You might want to consider creating a PayPal account in the future if you do a lot of internet shopping. |

| After you add all your items to your shopping cart, click on secure checkout. You will be forwarded to the PayPal screen with payment to Tulip Bridal. Depending on your browser, you will see on your screen something similar to: |

| Just click on the click here text, and enter all your credit card information. Remember, you must enter the address exactly as the credit card company has it. |

| How fast do you ship out orders and how long will the delivery take? |
| We usually ship out orders within 2 to 4 business days after the order is placed and payment is cleared. For USA orders, we use USPS priority mail which takes about 3 to 5 business days for delivery. For international orders, we use USPS first class mail international which takes about 7 to 10 business days for delivery. USA customer can also choose UPS 2nd air or UPS OVERNIGHT shipping service. |

| I am having trouble with my shopping cart, what do I do? |
| If you are having problems using the shopping cart, please send email to us at tulipbridal@yahoo.com and we will gladly send you an invoice through paypal. |

| Where are you located? |
| We are in the U.S.A., in Honolulu, Hawaii. The reason that our prices are so low is because we do not have the overhead of a bridal shop. We are online only, that is the reason we have great prices. |

| What type of payments do you accept? |
| We currently accept all major credit cards or PayPal over the internet. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay over the internet. |
