Returns and Exchanges
You must contact us for RMA number & instructions within 3 days after the order is delivered. No refunds or exchanges without notice. Please note: Any returning box without RMA number will not be accepted.
 
Items that cannot be returned:
1. Items on clearance are final sale and not qualified for returns or exchanges.
2. Earrings are final sale with no returns, no exchanges.
 
There is no restocking fee for returns or exchanges, unless your order meets the following conditions:
1. All the wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses are subject to 20% restocking fee.
2. Return of multiple items order is subjuct to 20% restoking fee. Please see the explanation below.

***All buyers are responsible for all shipping, returns and exchange shipping fees unless the merchandise has been mistakenly shipped. 

 
***Please do not use US postal service parcel post or UPS/FedEx ground shipping to ship the item back to us since they are extremely slow to Hawaii (over a month). You can use any other shipping methods that are provided by US postal service (first class mail, priority mail), UPS and FedEx.
 
-Exchange your item:
If you would like to exchange an item, please obtain an RMA Number for the original item you ordered and return it following the instructions below. The same terms and conditions apply as noted in the Return Policy below. We do not offer exchanges via mail, so please place a new order for an alternate item at your earliest convenience.   

-Return your item:
We accept returns if you contact us within 3 days after the order is delivered. The item must be in new condition, perfume free and returned with all packaging and accessories. It must have the tags intact and attached. We MUST receive a MESSAGE for your return. Then we will assign RMA number to you and you need to follow our shipping instructions. We do not refund the cost of shipping. Please note that we do NOT respond to the RMA request through the phone calls. To avoid any delay, please send MESSAGE for your return. We do not refund any discounted special orders (We may offer a special price for large orders, We can only exchange for different sizes with these orders.) 
 
Please note that we use the tracking number of your order to determine the delivery date. We are not responsible for any delay that happened on the customer's side.

-Return of multiple items (Wedding Jewelry and DIY wedding supply are excluded):
If you order more than one wrap or bolero, as long as you keep one item you will be given a full refund on one item, and be charged a 20% restocking fee on the other items that are returned. If you return the whole order, you will be charged 20% restocking fee for all the items.
 
For example,
1) if you order 2 items and return both of them, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee on both of the items. If you keep 1 item and return 1 item, there is no restocking fee.
2) if you order three items and return two items, you will get a full refund on one return item and be charged a 20% restocking fee on the other (higher price one). If you return all of them, you will be charged 20% restocking fee for three items. If you return 1 item and keep 2, there is no restocking fee.
 
Please note that this policy is per customer, not per order.
 
Sorry there is no refund or exchange after your event date please.

 
-Wrong item:
We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves us. All merchandise that we sell is brand new. If you receive the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of receiving your item. We will refund your shipping fee to cover the cost of shipping back and re-shipping from us.
